Dr. Emin Paçacı graduated from Kabataş High School and later from Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine.

He then worked in General Surgery, with a focus on Cancer Surgery, at St Bart's, Homerton Hospital, and UCH in London. He completed his rotations at Ninewells Hospital, University of Dundee in Scotland.

After returning to Turkey, he held senior positions in multinational pharmaceutical companies, serving as General Manager for the last 12 years. In 2015, he founded Dr. Emin Paçacı Private Limited Company.

In 2018, he became the first Turkish physician to be awarded the International Olympic Committee’s Diploma in Sports and Exercise Medicine. That same year, he served as a Polyclinic Doctor at the Winter Olympics.

Since 2017, he has served in a sports-medicine capacity on the medical committees of winter sports governing bodies (FIS and the Turkish Ski Federation). He also works with professional and elite athletes and provides medical support for the Olympic preparations of the Fenerbahçe Boxing Branch.
